Stretch into savings
Most women can relate when they hear another woman say, “I don’t have time to take care of myself.” There’s either understanding chuckles or deep sighs of regret. If you’re like me then one of the things that you don’t take the time to do is exercise or workout.
There are several reasons why individuals decide to exercise:
- Desire to lose weight.
- Determined to maintain weight loss.
- Build strength and endurance
- Because the doctor ordered!
I fall into the final category. Although I’d like to exercise to maintain my weight loss as well as build strength and endurance, I have not found the little push – or the time – to schedule time for working out. But it’s been on my mind since my doctor wants me to exercise 15 to 20 minutes each day. She says it would help me to feel better and sleep better. But as I was browsing the current deals, I realized that catching a good sale would make me feel just as good.
