exerciseI told myself that I wasn’t going to start off complaining today so I will try to share this in a way that’s not complaining. Ah, I think I’ve got it! My doctors have all offered the same wonderful advice, and that is, “You need to exercise.”

Ba Hum Bug! As one who at least makes an attempt to listen to my health professionals, I have been thinking of ways to incorporate exercise into my days. It was suggested that I do 15 to 20 minutes of moderate exercise five or six days a week. So far, I’ve done two days of yoga and one day of vigorous kitchen floor mopping.

Not bad for someone who has no interest in exercising or moving around right now. It’s not that I have to do it because I’m overweight; I need to do it to promote sleeping and to maintain flexibility and strength. Now, although this is important for most individuals; it is especially important for me because of a medical condition that I have.

I thought that maybe if I discovered some health coupons that it would motivate me to get to a gym or designate time for exercise. That didn’t work in motivating me, but I did find some pretty good deals at 24 Hour Fitness. A club like this is great for people who have really flexible or very stringent schedules because you can go whenever you can fit it into your schedule.
