Planning home spa treatments
I need a spa day. A massage, facial, manicure, pedicure – the works. Okay, maybe I don’t NEED a pedicure and manicure, but it would really be relaxing and I need a relaxing, stress-free day.
Without a budget for the above mentioned luxury, I’ll have to be creative. I’m sure your experiences are similar: Although you don’t want to give up everything because of the state of the economy, you still want to enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
In my effort to enjoy them on a budget I used a Drugstore.com coupon to get a free de-luxe moisturizer (it was BOGO) and while I was there I grabbed a deal on OPI nail polish: buy one get one half off. After I checked out I remembered that I need a deep-cleansing face mask so I’ll have to go back later to see what they have. I’ll check the Walmart and Sally Beauty Supply coupons to make sure I get the best deal.
Once I get the mask I think I’ll have everything I need: moisturizers and nail polish, and I already have manicure and pedicure accessories as well as a nice massaging foot bath thingy. I can do the majority of my spa treatments at home and maybe in the near future I’ll come across a deal to get an hour-long massage. Now that’s something to look forward to.
