Jump away the pounds
I’m sitting here watching VH1’s 40 Most Slimmed Down Celebrities and I am determined to let their results inspire me to get in shape. For about two years I’ve kept off the 60 pounds I lost, but the past few weeks or so I’ve gained about five pounds. That’s not a lot, but it’s a beginning to something that I don’t want to see the end of.
Not all celebrities hired personal trainers; some did it the old-fashioned way like us regular folk and I know I can continue to do that as well. My method of losing the original pounds was counting calories and reducing fat intake. Now I have got to get moving.
I don’t want to do the same ole same ole – that’s justĀ boring. I want to mix up my workouts so that it stays interesting and fun. What would really be interesting is to have a fine male workout partner, but short of that I’ll just have to get creative.
Looking at the Sports & Outdoor coupons I noticed a couple of stores that gave me some ideas including jumping the pounds away. There are a couple Trampolines Plus coupons that would help me save money if I decided to move in that direction.
The best choice would be a mini trampoline so I don’t have to go outside, but would have the option to take it outdoors on a nice day. I could watch television, keep an eye on the children and even take turns with them with a mini trampoline. They are priced reasonably as well so with the $10 off a $75 or more purchase I’m sure to get fit quickly.
Maybe you’ll see me on the Most Slimmed Down Celebrities… Bloggers are celebrities too, right?
