Shopping for swimsuits
Somehow my teenager coerced me (kicking, screaming & fussing) to go with her to the store to shop for swimsuits. No, it wasn’t for me; it was for her. Shopping for swimsuits with someone else is just as bad as shopping for yourself.
For the first time in more than 10 years, my oldest daughter has decided to get a two-piece bathing suit. Exciting, right?
She’s a bit picky, but I had high hopes for the expedition. Firstly, she was picky about the prices. Rightfully so since she was using her gift cards. Secondly, she was only getting medium bottoms, but from past experiences I knew that she should get the bottoms in different sizes to take into the fitting room or I would be the one traipsing through the store looking for alternative sizes. So, I happily grabbed the other sizes while we were in the heart of the store. Thirdly, I was glad I had my bottle of water ’cause I thought it was gonna be a long shopping session.
