If the shoe fits… buy it!
When I was a little girl I remember my mother taking me to the shoe store every so often and getting my feet measured. The salesman would then slip into the back of the store and come out with a pair of shoes that always fit my foot perfectly. My foot was slender and, now I know, it had a small arch.
Now, some 30 to 40 years later (WOW, that’s a long time) I don’t go to near as much “trouble” to ensure my feet are in a perfectly sized shoe, I’ve always just ensured my shoes are comfortable. But now, in my early 40s, I realize my feet have become unhappy. Whereas I don’t mind schlepping around in casual, comfy flats, my feet are rebelling by hurting if I wear them to often. Spend a week in sneakers and my bunions scream. So, I’ve come to realize that I have to wear a well-structured shoe with a solid arch. And, right now, the only shoes I have that fit that bill are two pair of three-inch high clogs and a two and a half inch pair of wedged sandals. Those are the three that are okay for everyday wear.
I don’t always want to wear such high heels, but would like some shoes that are casual, semi-low, sophisticated and stylish. Guess I should go shopping – of course! Which is how I came to browsing ShoeMall.com. Right now they have free shipping on certain items as well as some other Shoe Mall deals. I saw a couple of pair of casual shoes that may fit the bill so maybe I’ll find that pair of shoes that fits perfectly very soon.
