Save money and pay it forward
Many of you are probably familiar with pay-it-forward challenges and programs. They’ve been widely publicized on television shows – mostly talk – and in magazines. Not too long ago I was challenged to participate in a pay-it-forward program and it got me to thinking about the concept in general. What if each consumer decided to donate the dollars they save to a charity, organization or individual as a way of paying it forward?
For instance, if you purchase an item and use a free coupon then the amount that the item would have cost can be put aside. Add to that change from what you save by using cents off coupons or a buy one get one free coupon. How can that apply to online shopping? Well, I’m glad you asked.
Right now AMI Clubwear’s online store has some gorgeous Taupe Multi Strappy Platform Heels on sale for $7.99. The shoes are normally $23.99 and that’s a savings of $16. Take the $16 and put it to the side to go toward your pay-it-forward challenge. It’s that easy. (By the way, those cute shoes aren’t the only AMI Clubwear deal right now. There are also deals on a pair of black pumps for $9.99 and platform boots for $12.99.) You’ve saved some money by buying yourself a fab pair of shoes and contributed to a worthy cause or person.
